I just wanted to take this time to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
All the best to you all for 2019.

2018 was a fantastic year for the VMLA and went by so quickly. Box season turns into Field and before you know it, Box Lacrosse season is upon us once again.
With the Vancouver Warriors playing downtown, and the media surrounding them, 2019 will be a very historical year for lacrosse in Vancouver. Now, more than ever, we really need everyone to register early, bring a friend to join, and contact those friends who played but have not returned.
Please check the website for Bring a Friend days at Hastings Community Centre and gym nights at Tecumseh Elementary coming soon.

Thank you so much to all our volunteers who, without you , this does not happen.
